“So, the initial one that we had which was really difficult for us was finding ourselves quite overwhelmed and really stuck in the nitty gritty of the actual work itself, so what we did was we stepped back and we got some advice and realised that actually what we needed to do was invest in some resource to help us with our day-to-day activities and at that point, we decided the time was right for us to employ a project manager.”


“Yeah, trying to be more proactive as opposed to reactive, that was one of the things we did at the start be more reactive and needing to get that resource in quite quickly, as Tracy said feeling quite overwhelmed.

One of the other points for me was hearing no’s sometimes, you’ve got to hear some no’s because you know sometimes, we are not for the customer.” Roger
