Administrator of the Year

This award recognises the value of the administration function and how it sets the platform for a Franchise Manager to grow a successful business. Refresh is a business which is built on organisation; from customer management through to build project management, our Refresh Franchisees need to be completely at one with their business administration. the Refresh business model is built on bespoke processes and systems, and by utilising these. Franchisees are able to scale their business much more successfully than the traditional renovation building model. This is why we champion our admin lovers and organisational gurus with our Administrator of the Year award!

Roger & Tracy Kinsman

Roger and Tracy have utilised all the systems and processes to grow their Franchise business to an unprecedented level of success. These Brighton and Hove Franchisees leverage the head office resources to manage leads in, and progression of leads through the initial process stages and are exceptionally organised and efficient with their administration management.


Project Manager of the Year

This award recognises the delivery of our promise of on time, on budget, hassle free renovations, resulting in satisfied Refresh customers. Solid project management is the key to a smooth transition for the client from concept drawings through to a finished build. Project management drives the deliverables at each stage, whether that be drawings, scope of works or quality of finishes in the actual build project.

A good project manager identifies and mitigates potential pitfalls for a project before they arise, keeping everything rolling in a timely manner and to the budget.

Corin Management

Refreshes national Project Management Partner, Corin Management, have shown aptitude and enthusiasm for the Refresh process, going above and beyond for Franchisees across the board. From mitigating potentially difficult build issues through to creating in process efficiencies to share across the group.


Renovation Consultant of the Year

This award recognises the importance of turning leads into revenue. It also takes into account the importance of building long term value in the business through a strong pipeline. Utilising the basic building blocks to measure the success of conversions combined with great customer service and revenue growth this award seeks to highlight the Franchisee who shows an exceptional understanding of the underpinning elements of the business.

Kelley Malcher

This year Kelley has grown her business consistently through great relationships with previous and existing customers. This has led to increasing levels of repeat and referral projects, in turn driving exceptional conversion rates and customer satisfaction.


Customer Service of the Year

This award recognises the franchise that has excelled at delivering the Refresh offer, and has been verified by direct customer feedback. Lets face it, even the best laid plans sometimes go awry and exceeding customer expectations from a customer service point of view is fundamental to growing your franchise business. From challenges during the build stage, to demanding customers, this award stands to highlight the franchisees who have gone above and beyond the call of duty for their customers to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Bryony Edwards

Taking over an existing Franchise can be a tricky thing to manage, but Bryony of NSBV took on projects at all stages of the Refresh Process, from managing difficult build circumstances, through to handling snagging for multiple historical projects. Bryony’s unwavering approach to first class customer service will pay dividends for her business in years to come.


Best Sales Growth of the Year

This award recognises the Franchise that has applied Refresh’s unique model that is driven by sales and marketing to create scale. This award may do exactly what it says on the tine in terms of awards, but champions the Franchises who have combined customer service, sales conversions, and underpinned this with the Refresh Renovations core values to grow their business significantly in the space of a year.

Sam Hamdan – South West London

As a recent addition to the Refresh team, Sam has shown diligence and tenacity in growing the business for Refresh South West London. Working with the Franchise Business Manager and head office team and focussing on the core Refresh business values, Sam has delivered fantastic growth in sales revenue.


Marketer of the Year

This Award recognises the franchise who is most effectively using marketing to scale up their business. From digital marketing investments, to quirky guerrilla marketing, this award is a shout out to the Franchisees who understand that investment into their businesses marketing; whether that be monetary or time and effort, is the most important driver of building leads and driving revenue performance!

Dan Norcross

Dan has not only seen the benefit of traditional marketing activities such as paid online advertising, but has really taken on a grass roots approach to increasing brand awareness including sponsoring the uniforms of his local cycling and football teams, and building incredible relationships with peers and suppliers.


Head Office Member of the Year

This Award recognises the members of the head office team who keep the overall business turning, without whom none of us would be here with our successful Franchises. Our head office tenaciously support our Franchisees with growing their businesses, consistently doing everything they can to help Franchisees make the most of their Franchise investment.

Marie Smith

Marie came to Refresh with a wealth of franchising experience, both from a franchisor and franchisee perspective. Since day one Marie has had a laser focus on helping each and every franchisee build an incredible business through the delivery of the Refresh process and guidance. Instrumental in developing new training and methodology documentation, Marie has delivered exceptional value across the UK and global teams.


New Franchise of the Year

This award recognises outstanding new franchisees who are helping to build the future of Refresh. New franchisees are key to growing the overall brand recognition within the UK, and great new franchisees add value to the network, growing our Refresh Family to help us all achieve our goals. This Award heroes the new franchisees who have taken their initial training on board and got off to a flying start with their Refresh business.

Sophia & Francisco Rojas

Our brave Franchisees Sophia and Francisco really jumped into the business with both feet by taking two franchise territories at inception, and this initial investment combined with a diligent and analytical attitude towards processes and sales have given them a great base to grow their business in the long run.
